    Welcome to The Potter’s House!

    Have you ever thought, “What does it mean to be Pentecostal?” We have allowed “Pentecostalism” to convolute our understanding and experience of God’s wonderful plan. Pentecostalism is how man has chosen to practice Pentecost. Occasionally, well-meaning people have added their own concepts and practices that have ultimately confused and discouraged many. A serious perusal of Scripture reveals that “Pentecost” was not a fringe idea; in reality, it was at the center of God’s prophetic plan. Remember, the first church was a Pentecostal church! There are three key areas of Scripture that define the meaning and importance of Pentecost...Deuteronomy 16, Acts 2 and I Corinthians 12-14. Deuteronomy 16 reveals that the mission of Pentecost is to sustain the believer from the seed time of salvation to the end time harvest. We find great revelation in Deuteronomy 16:16, Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before the LORD thy God in the place which he shall choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks (Feast of Pentecost), and in the feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear before the LORD empty:. The Feast of Passover was prophetically fulfilled at the Cross. The Feast of Weeks was prophetically fulfilled on the Day of Pentecost in Acts 2. The Feast of Tabernacles will be prophetically fulfilled at the end time harvest and the coming of the Lord. My prayer today is that we will have clear understanding of God’s great plan and live it out...with confidence! We’re glad you’re here!
